As a Cellar Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all cross:shift and cross:functional departments are working together to drive exceptional execution. You will also ensure the daily production schedule is met and the finished products are delivered to both internal and external customers on time. This will typically be accomplished through the efficient management of production resources including Production Team Members and Maintenance Team Members, equipment, materials, and time and by using structured problem solving techniques or continuous improvement skills through lean practices (Gallo offers green and black belt certifications). Additional responsibilities include time and attendance management, performance reviews and conflict resolution.

What You Will Do
Leadership Development:
:Leads and develop team members through removing barriers to performance, providing needed resources and clearly setting goals
:Develops a sense of ownership among department individuals and teams
Continuous Improvement:
:Champion the 4E's (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)
:Works cross:functionally to improve processes within the organization
:Support Lean Enterprise and Kaizen teams

What You Need
:Bachelors degree plus 2 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High School diploma or State:issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
:Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts as scheduled.
:Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
What Will Set You Apart
:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 4 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
:MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering.
:Supervisory experience.
