Academy for Professional Development is currently seeking a Professional Recruiter that is professional and self-motivated.

The school is a recognized Disabled Veteran Own School by the Veterans Administration.

Summary: Prefer that candidates have previous recruitment experience and be able to work independently. However someone with no experience, we would train the right person but must be ready to dedicate the time involved to employment.

Job Responsibilities: Consistently achieving weekly, quarterly and annual recruitment goals, logging daily activity and completing necessary reports, as required. Attend sales meetings and training, as required. Actively prospect for new students and have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements: Entry level to 4 years in proven recruitment experience Solid organizational, multitasking, time-management, prioritization skills, valid and current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Excellent computer and report writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time; 45-day probationary period
